Due to my several capsular repairs, external rotation is forbidden for 21 days.
Shoe laces tied together does the job whilst waiting to board the plane.

Finally getting a chance to catch up on everything... since talking to you. Glad to see pics of the journey... missing you lots and hoping that all is going as planned. Lots of prayers coming your way!

1) October 2008: Right hip arthroscopy, CAM removal, labral debridement
2) June 2010: Left hip arthroscopy, CAM removal, labral debridement
3) July 2011: Left hip arthroscopy revision, CAM removal, pincer removal, attempted labral repair (2 anchors)

4) January 2012: Left hip arthroscopy revision: CAM removal, pincer removal, labral reconstruction using IT band (5 anchors), labral repair/debridement. synovectomy, ligamentum teres debridement, psoas release, capsular plication

5) June 2012: Left hip arthroscopy revision: labral reconstruction using allograft (9 anchors, placed on top of existing labral graft), synovectomy, ligamentum teres thermal shrinkage, capsular plication, lysis of adhesions, acetabular rim trimming

6) September 2012: Right hip arthroscopy revision: labral reconstruction using IT band (6 anchors), labral reconstruction using allograft (3 anchors), synovectomy, iliofemoral capsular plication, ischiofemoral capsular plication, lysis of adhesions, acetabular rim trimming, CAM removal, chondroplasty, IT band release, bursectomy, labral repair/debridement

7) Feb. 2014: left periacetabular osteotomy with first look arthroscopy

8) Right periacetabular osteotomy --pending
